Our story began in 2000 at Byfords in Holt, where delicious homemade sponge cakes quickly gained a loyal following. Demand grew, and in 2009 Sponge was born, bringing our much-loved cakes to customers across the UK. Today, customers can order birthday cake online, send cake gifts, and enjoy next-day delivery on a wide range of products, including Birthday Cake, Victoria Sponge, Chocolate Cake, Brownies, Baby Sponge Cakes, Gluten Free Birthday Cake, and Vegan Birthday Cake options.
